Often I look back at my own life and consider what could have been, what if? It appears that I am not alone, several very successful people also do the same thing.
Today I want to consider the real issues.
Nothing is permanent. No matter where you look there is change all around us.
And some of most succesful people on the planet have had pretty poor starts in life.
Richard Branson – Dyslexic and with a poor educational record.
Alan Sugar – born in a poor part of Hackney, East London (I know that part of the world well having lived there for part of my childhood).
Moving forward to modern times, pop music star Calvin Harris love him or hate him, you have to admire his success, spent his early years working in Safeway, and M&S stacking shelves and moving tins of food from one end of the store to the other.
The point is this, no matter where your life has got you so far there is no need to expect it to continue in the same way; if you have a crap job, and crap hours and poor levels of income along with living in less than ideal surroundings you must remember it does not have to be like this for ever. Fact, change is easier than you think.
Lets look at the facts, there are more than 600,000 millionaires in the UK, up from 520,000 in 2010 (Source Office for National Statistics).
There is also a massive trend toward self employment and there is good reason for this.
Most employees have no control over there income or the hours worked.
With levels of unemployment increasing more and more will be forced to make decisions about their own future.
Inflation, House Prices, Education all indicating that being in control of your own business of you own destiny makes more sense than ever before.
Why I am I explaining this?
Personally I have been looking for something different over the past 20 years and have found lots and lots of different options to earn money and make life easier.
